A political action committee, or PAC, pools campaign contributions from members and donates those funds to campaigns for or against candidates, ballot initiatives, or legislation

BOMA PAC of Washington State

The BOMA PAC of Washington State is an independent Political Action Committee that supports both Democrat and Republican candidates for statewide and local office who understand the concerns of the Building Owners and Managers, their tenants and those firms that supply goods and services to the commercial real estate industry. Your support of the BOMA PAC of Washington State helps us advance the careers of elected officials who know the importance of building and maintaining a strong and vital office building, industrial and retail marketplace.

Each year the BOMA PAC of Washington State turns to its members and asks for voluntary contributions. Cash contributions can be made by companies and individuals. There are no limits on contributions to the BOMA PAC of Washington State.

BOMA Federal PAC

BOMAPAC exists to allow BOMA International to have a seat at the table with policy influencers in Washington, D.C. Having a well-funded BOMAPAC is essential to increasing our level of engagement with members on Capitol Hill.

Only current BOMA members, except for foreign nationals, are eligible to contribute to BOMAPAC. An individual may contribute any amount they would like, as often as they would like, but the total amount(s) must not exceed $5,000 ($10,000 for a married couple) in a calendar year. Under Federal Election Commission (FEC) rules, BOMA International is required to collect the name, mailing address, occupation and employer information of individuals who contribute an aggregate of $200 or more in a calendar year.

There is no better way to support the candidates and the issues that directly impact BOMA members' livelihoods. Contributions from BOMA members across the U.S. helps to ensure that BOMA International has the power and resources to support members of Congress who have proven their leadership and commitment to commercial real estate industry issues.
