2024 President’s Letter

Members of BOMA Spokane,

It is an honor and privilege to serve as your 2024 BOMA Spokane President!

2023 has proven to be a year of unprecedented growth not only for our local, but for our city, state, and region as well.  The inland northwest specifically has seen exponential growth in population and commerce.  With this growth comes new ideas and new challenges that need evaluation and consideration from everyone in the community to ensure that the best possible decisions are made for all.

In order to make sure that we as a local are doing our part to aid in these decisions, it is vital that we are consistently engaged.  Whether this is through a BOMA committee or an unassociated group, being present and getting involved is what will propel our local and the real estate markets in our city, state, and region forward on the best path to a thriving future.

2024 looks to be a fantastic year with many opportunities available to positively and effectively accomplish this goal.  Let's make it happen together!  Join a committee, build relationships, and THRIVE!

I look forward to meeting and getting to know each of you and serving you throughout the year.

Many blessings to you and yours as we move into the new year!

Sincerely,

Matt Walsh
