🍷 Networking to follow at Arbor Crest Winery

Join BOMA Spokane for a one-of-a-kind tour and social set against the backdrop of Spokane’s rich history and scenic beauty. We’ll begin at the Hutton Settlement, a historic residential campus founded in 1919 by local philanthropist Levi Hutton to provide a safe, stable, and nurturing home for children in need. This remarkable property remains operational today, continuing its mission of care and community.

Tour Highlights Include:

  • Administration Building – Step inside the main level and venture into the basement, which holds fascinating stories (and a little mystery).

  • One of the Historic Cottages – See how the original cottage model created a family-style environment for youth.

  • HOPE Neighborhood Roasting House – Discover how coffee is fueling connection and opportunity.

  • Hope Roasters CafΓ©

  • The Well House & Barn – We’ll explore these charming features of the property.

After the tour, we’ll head just up the hill to Arbor Crest Winery to enjoy drinks, light bites, and stunning views while mingling with fellow members and guests.

Parking Info:There is parking in front of the Administration Building (first building on your right after turning off Upriver Drive). If needed, overflow parking is available along the lane heading back toward Upriver.

Travel Advisory:🚧 Argonne Road is under construction, so please allow an additional 5–10 minutes of travel time or consider using Upriver Drive as a smoother alternate route.

Don’t miss this unique afternoon of history, community, and connection. Space is limited – reserve your spot today!
