Preserving Heritage, Elevating Spaces, and Embracing Tomorrow:

Celebrating Excellence in Spokane's Built Environment

This distinguished initiative aims to recognize and celebrate outstanding achievements in Spokane's built environment.

With a focus on three main categories – Historic Preservation, New Development / Building Improvements, and Excellence in Service – the program honors visionary individuals, teams, and projects that have demonstrated exceptional commitment to excellence in their respective fields.

We warmly invite and encourage individuals to nominate their own building or another deserving structure for BOMA Spokane's Building Excellence Awards, highlighting the best in architectural and operational achievement.

The BOMA Spokane Awards Committee is accepting nominations through Friday, November 13th. You must be a current BOMA Spokane member in good standing to submit a nomination.

The winners will be selected by our Board of Directors and announced at our Annual Holiday Gala on Friday, December 4th.

Buildings must be in the greater Spokane area to be considered for nomination. Nominees are not required to be owned or operated by a BOMA Spokane member.

This award is to identify and celebrate individuals who go above and beyond for the commercial buildings in Spokane. Nominate anyone that made a significant contribution to a commercial building environment this year. It can be anyone from janitorial staff, painters, general contractors, security teams, building engineers, and more. Let’s identify, recognize, and celebrate those who go the extra mile for Spokane’s built spaces.
